CRM / customers relationship management is a customer oriented business strategy, which final purpose is to maximize company profit and customer satisfaction.

Customers relationship management is performed by business or nonbusiness organization with activities such as :

• customer analysis
• maintaining good communication with customer
• approach and win a new customer
• market product and services
• provide services and support to customer   

• develop new product and services to give better value to the customers  

The data in the CRM data warehouses needs to be updated a few times a day, otherwise you risk sending marketing campaigns to customers who have already canceled their subscriptions.
